Shelly is a Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist and Esthetician from Chicago, Illinois. She has also previously worked in Los Angeles, and currently Bradenton, Florida. With a focus on skincare and a Bachelor’s Degree in the arts, Shelly specializes in brow artistry. She became a certified permanent makeup artist in 2018 and has kept her career in the beauty field moving forward ever since. Shelly makes continued education in a multitude of techniques and services a top priority. She is an official Li-FT® Ink Removal instructor in Florida. Shelly takes pride in helping clients feel confident by educating and guiding them towards their individual goals and can’t wait to meet you!

Shelly is B.B.P. certified, and licensed under the Florida State Health Departments. Also licensed under the Florida State Cosmetology Board.
